Introducing the Next Generation High Flow Refuelling Nozzles

This new generation nozzle incorporates a number of key design upgrades to further improving fast fill performance, safety, and durability of our nozzles in the market. These upgrades include;

• New carry handle design, incorporating stainless steel for added durability.
• Strengthened operating T-handle.
• Measures to further minimise contamination ingress into the rear chamber of the nozzle, particularly the piston bore.
• A new nozzle body, comprising a stainless steel section at the front for increased durability and improved latching onto the mating fuel receiver.
• Serviceable (replaceable) stainless steel bore sleeve in the rear piston chamber.

Banlaw’s high flow nozzles are made from steel and aluminium and are ergonomically designed for easy and balanced operation even under high pump fast fill pressures. Banlaw nozzles have the highest flow rate capability to help you improve fast refuelling times and reduce vehicle downtime.

BNM800M - 800 litre/min mining nozzle with medium spring setting
BNMF800M - 800 litre/min FuelTrack mining nozzle with medium spring setting
BN1000M - 1000 litre/min mining nozzle with medium spring setting
BNM800MH - 800 litre/min mining nozzle with medium-heavy spring setting

Underground Coal Mining Nozzle

For underground black coal mining applications, Banlaw can provide the following nozzle which does not consist of exposed aluminium. This receiver mates exclusively with the Banlaw AUS46 receiver.
